We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, ranging from corporate gatherings and trade shows to social functions and community fairs. As an Event Staff member, you will work closely with event coordinators and other team members to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for attendees.

• Assist in the setup and teardown of event spaces including tables, chairs, and decorations.
• Greet attendees and provide information regarding schedules, locations, and special features of the event.
• Monitor the flow of guests and manage attendee check-in processes to ensure a smooth entry to the event.
• Serve food and beverages as required, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing any issues that may arise during the event.
• Work with event coordinators to ensure that all aspects of the event are executed as planned.

• Previous experience in event staffing or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights and weekends as required.
• A team player mentality with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
