We are currently looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience to our members from the moment they walk through the door. Must be able to work evenings, and role may expand for the right candidate.

• Greet members, guests, and athletes with a welcoming, professional attitude
• Manage check‑ins, class sign‑ups, and client inquiries
• Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas
• Process membership sign‑ups, renewals, and merchandise transactions
• Support the coaching staff and management with administrative tasks
• Ensure a positive and high-energy environment consistent with D1’s brand

• Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer and POS system proficiency
• Passion for health, fitness, and the D1 mission
• Previous front desk, hospitality, or gym experience preferred, but not required
• Must be at least 18 years old
