Contractor Community Manager; Contractor Corp

REACT Studios is looking for an energetic, organized Community Manager to lead our community staff, organize engaging in-game and server events, and bridge communication between our players, QA team, and developers.

Hourly contractor $18.00 - $20.00/hour

As the Community Manager at REACT Studios, you will be the pulse of our player base. You will directly manage our community staff team, lead engaging studio events, and ensure feedback flows smoothly between players and internal departments like QA and production.

• Event Coordination: Plan, host, and execute engaging community and in-game events across REACT Studios titles.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage the volunteer and community staff team (moderators, event helpers, playtest coordinators).
• Cross-Department Communication: Partner closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to compile, prioritize, and relay player-reported bugs, test feedback, and community sentiment.
• Community Engagement & Moderation: Maintain an active, safe, and positive environment across our Discord, forums, and social channels.
• Insights & Reporting: Track community sentiment, event participation and key engagement metrics to deliver actionable feedback to the dev team.

• Proven experience in community management, moderation, or event organization within the gaming industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing volunteer or remote staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate community feedback into structured, actionable reports for QA and developers.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
