Headhunter (Hedge Fund Finance & Operations)

We’re looking for a seasoned accounting and finance professional to support senior leadership at a growing, SEC-registered multi-family office. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong technical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to oversee core financial operations in a dynamic environment.

You’ll take ownership of firmwide accounting and reporting while helping shape scalable processes as the business continues to expand.

• Oversee day‑to‑day corporate accounting, financial reporting, and close processes.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial analysis for leadership.
• Handle billing, revenues, payables/receivables, and related operational workflows.
• Support tax, audit, and compliance requirements, working with external partners as needed.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate across teams to support broader business and operational initiatives.

• 7–10+ years of accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• CPA required; background in a family office setting, RIAs, or wealth management firms.
• Strong technical accounting foundation with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a hands‑on role.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a growing, evolving organization.
