Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Financial Analyst based in the northern Dallas, TX area that offers hybrid scheduling. This person will manage banking relationships and transactions, maintain treasury reports, assist with short-term cash forecasting, assist with cash-flow analysis, and complete other special projects as assigned. Financial experience with a multi-site, for-profit healthcare organization required.

• Healthcare financial analyst/ treasury experience.
• Must have worked for for-profit, multi-site organizations of $50M or more.
• Accounting or financial bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency with treasury systems or ERP platforms and Excel. Sage experience a plus.

• Manage transactions (wire transfers, ACH, EFT, and others), maintain treasury reports, assist with short-term cash forecasting, assist with cash‑flow analysis etc.
• Collaborate with other financial teams and leaders.
• Maintain adherence with SOX and other financial compliance rules and regulations.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Report to the Treasurer.
