We are seeking an organized and communicative individual for an in-office Mortgage Loan Processor role. This position is vital for preparing mortgage loan files and securing their approval. Responsibilities encompass meticulously gathering all necessary documentation, ensuring seamless communication with all third-party individuals involved in the initial loan process, and efficiently submitting complete files to Underwriting.

What You Will Do:- Provide constant communication with all parties.
- Understand file third party needs and where to order from if needed.
- Follow up with third party vendors for documentation required to close loans timely.
- Verify information received from borrowers.
- Request payoffs, verifications and releases as needed.
- Manage file through the milestones to meet closing date.
- Notify all parties when issues are identified.
- Document all communication within the file.
- Manage a pipeline of 45+ loans, funding 60% of the pipeline each month.
- Encompass experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of income and asset calculations and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
- Proficient computer skills to input and retrieve data in loan operation systems as well as Microsoft Office products.
