Finance Associate Attorney

Overview

We are working on an opportunity for an international firm that has an immediate need for a finance candidate in Dallas, Texas. The associates get hands-on experience structuring, negotiating and implementing complex domestic and global financings across a variety of industries and specialties. The work involves asset-based lending, reserve-based lending, private credit, private bank loans, acquisitions and leveraged finance, cross-border finance, note-on-note finance, distressed debt, secured and unsecured loans and mezzanine finance.

The ideal candidate has:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate with strong finance and/or debt restructuring experience
• Lender and borrower side experience

Compensation range is $260,000 to $390,000 based on experience and class year.
