Senior Loan Processor, In-Office

We are seeking an organized and communicative individual for an in-office Mortgage Loan Processor role. This position is vital for preparing mortgage loan files and securing their approval. Responsibilities encompass meticulously gathering all necessary documentation, ensuring seamless communication with all third-party individuals involved in the initial loan process, and efficiently submitting complete files to Underwriting.

• Provide constantcommunicationwithall parties.
• Understand filethirdpartyneedsandwheretoorderfromif needed.
• Follow upwiththirdpartyvendorsfordocumentationrequiredtocloseloans timely.
• Verify informationreceivedfrom borrowers.
• Request payoffs,verificationsandreleasesas needed.
• Manage filethroughthemilestonestomeetclosing date.
• Notify allpartieswhenissuesare identified.
• Document allcommunicationwithinthe file.

• Manage a pipeline of 45+ loans, funding 60% of the pipeline each month
• Encompass experience preferred.
• Strong knowledgeofincomeandassetcalculationsand documentation.
• Strong analyticalskillsanddecision- making ability.
• Proficient computerskillstoinputandretrievedatainloanoperationsystemsaswellas
  
  Microsoft office products.
