Job DescriptionWealth Protection Strategies Manager
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the development and management of our Wealth Protection Strategies offering. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing integrated insurance and risk management solutions as part of our comprehensive wealth management services. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with wealth and tax advisors to deliver tailored strategies that align with clients’ broader financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Launch: Establish the Wealth Protection Strategies department, including service offerings, client onboarding processes, and internal workflows.
- Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth needs assessments for individuals and families, addressing insurance policies, financial resources, and risk mitigation for health, life, property, and other assets.
- Integrated Planning: Partner with wealth managers to create holistic wealth protection plans that complement clients’ overall financial strategies.

Risk Management:
Ensure all services adhere to legal, tax, and financial regulations, staying current with evolving legislation and industry standards. - Client Relationship Management: Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, regular reviews, and timely updates on strategy performance.
- Training & Enablement: Provide ongoing education and support to wealth managers and staff on insurance and risk concepts, equipping them to identify client opportunities.
- Revenue Growth: Drive adoption and revenue by promoting wealth protection services to existing and prospective clients, leveraging cross-selling opportunities within the wealth management practice.
- Performance Reporting: Deliver regular reports to senior leadership on KPIs, client engagement, and satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active Insurance License or relevant professional certification in insurance, risk, or financial services.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance advisory.
- Strong expertise in Disability, Life, and LTC Insurance products and strategies.
- Leadership experience (2+ years preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proven ability to design and implement solutions that drive results.
- Proficiency in insurance software, financial management tools, and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
- Solid understanding of the wealth management industry and regulatory environment.
