Longhorn Investments is a multi-state, direct hard money lender looking for someone to represent us in Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding markets.
Qualifications- Experience with real estate investing or general sales experience
- Helpful if applicant is currently an active investor, wholesaler, realtor or hard money/private money loan originator
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work some nights and weekends (REI meetings and conferences)
- Comfortable working on a commission/forgiveable draw basis
Marketing and promotional expenses will be provided. Full operations support in our corporate office.
We offer a unique compensation structure in the private lending space. Successful loan officers in other markets are earning $25,000 - $50,000 monthly with unlimited upside. We are currently looking for a hard‑working, sales‑oriented, energetic candidate that is passionate about helping clients meet their real estate investing goals! Current book of business is a plus.
