Position OverviewOur client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Finance Associate in their Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in real estate finance and/or debt fund transactions, including secondary market transactions, repo lines, note sales, and traditional real estate finance matters.
Key Qualifications- JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
- 3–4 years of relevant transactional experience
- Experience managing complex real estate finance deals
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in long-term career growth, with a strong associate-to-partner track record
Competitive, estimated range $175,000 – $210,000
