Job Title: Financial Operations Representative
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Contract to potential hire
Payrate: 20/hr+ overtime

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with financial advisors across the U.S., assisting with the setup and transition of their Book of Business at multiple banks. This position requires a customer-focused mindset, strong data entry skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to different environments.

This is a 50% travel position

, sometimes for weeks at a time
. While traveling, the role is fully onsite
. When back in Dallas, TX, the schedule is Fully Remote after completing training.

• Travel extensively across the U.S. to assist financial advisors in setting up their accounts.
• Perform operational tasks on complex securities requiring general financial knowledge.
• Process, research, and reconcile financial transactions.
• Review and manage time-sensitive documents with accuracy.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Provide excellent customer service while working with financial advisors and banking professionals.

• Strong customer service and data entry experience.
• Ability to take direction and work independently.
• Banking, real estate, or financial industry experience is preferred but not required.
• Open to candidates with diverse backgrounds—no degree required.
• Ability to sell their experience and adapt to a professional environment.
• Must be comfortable with extensive travel (50%) and hybrid work when in Dallas, TX.
