Position Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Location: Remote from the U.S.

Department: Accounting, Financial Operations

Reports to: Financial Operations Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a versatile, high‑performing Financial Operations Specialist to join LTK’s Financial Operations team. In this role, you’ll work across a wide range of financial operations topics, from transaction processing and reconciliations to reporting, process improvement, and cross‑functional initiatives.

This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes ownership of initiatives end‑to‑end. You’ll collaborate across Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and control‑ready financial operations.

How you will make an impact Financial Transactions & Reconciliations

• Process and apply cash receipts, payouts, and other financial transactions across multiple systems, including Net Suite, Formance, and banking platforms
• Prepare and maintain reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure timely resolution of open items.
• Support accurate accounting of creator payouts, vendor payments, and other high‑volume transactions

Stakeholder Support & Issue Resolution

• Serve as a point of contact for financial operations inquiries from creators, vendors, and internal teams.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, payment issues, or system errors
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions

Process Improvement & Projects

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational accuracy, and enhance reporting capabilities
• Lead or support cross‑functional projects and ad hoc initiatives across Financial Operations and related teams
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP

What you will bring to LTK

• 2+ years of accounting, financial operations, or high‑volume transactional experience
• Broad understanding of financial processes, including cash application, transaction reconciliation, A/R, A/P, or related processes
• Experience with ERPs or financial platforms including Net Suite
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (VLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH, pivot tables, etc).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, customer‑service mindset
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and can adapt to new challenges
• Proactive, process‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities
