  • Coordinate and execute outreach to lenders for new and existing transactions
  • Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with capital providers and sponsors
  • Prepare and review executive summaries, offering materials, sponsor profiles, and debt/equity packages

  • Prepare detailed quote matrices and financing comparisons for sponsors and agents
  • Advise Capital Markets Agents on financing structures, lender feedback, and market dynamics
  • Conduct property site visits and contribute to asset positioning discussions as needed
  • Work closely with Loan Processors throughout underwriting, application, due diligence, and closing to ensure smooth execution
  • Review and interpret real estate documentation including leases, loan documents, appraisals, and third‑party reports to identify risks and issues
  • Proactively manage transaction pipelines, timelines, and client expectations
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date deal information within the company CRM and internal systems
  • Track multiple active transactions, meet critical deadlines, and report deal status regularly
  • Assist in mentoring junior analysts and supporting team efficiency as needed
  • Take on special projects related to market research, process improvement, or strategic initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3–6+ years of relevant capital markets or commercial real estate experience, with a strong preference for multifamily
  • Advanced financial modeling and underwriting skills for investment real estate

  • Ability to interpret complex financial models and clearly communicate findings to agents, sponsors, and lenders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, client‑facing demeanor
  • Proven ability to read and analyze real estate contracts, leases, and loan documentation
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously
