This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Director Financial System based in the Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex, with flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. The Director Financial System will oversee the financial systems infrastructure, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and optimize business processes across the organization. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing financial system implementation and enhancements, leading cross‑departmental coordination to improve efficiency, analyzing financial data, and providing actionable insights to support decision‑making.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and decision‑making
• Comprehensive knowledge in Finance and Financial Reporting processes
• Experience with Business Process improvement and optimization strategies
• Exceptional problem‑solving and leadership abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
