Kforce has a client in Dallas, TX that is seeking an Executive Private Banker.

A well‑established, financial institution is seeking a seasoned Executive Private Banker to join its Dallas team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a high‑value portfolio, build lasting relationships with top‑tier clientele, and collaborate across business lines to deliver exceptional service and financial solutions. • Relationship Management – Proven ability to build, deepen, and retain high‑value client relationships
• Sales & Business Development – Strong track record of acquiring new clients and growing deposits through consultative selling
• Financial Expertise – Solid understanding of banking products, financial needs analysis, and tailored financial guidance
• Community Engagement – Active presence in the local community with a passion for networking and outreach
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 7 years of private banking experience
• Strong credit underwriting and financial analysis skills
• Proven ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and work cross‑functionally
• Active community presence and established network in the Dallas market

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
