My client are seeking a strategic, hands‑on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead their finance function through the next phase of growth and digital transformation. This is a key leadership position responsible for financial strategy, operational excellence, and system innovation particularly driving the implementation and integration of Net Suite ERP across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.

• Oversee the end-to-end Net Suite ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

• Partner with executive leadership to drive commercial strategy and data‑driven decision‑making.

• Develop scalable financial processes and controls to support rapid growth.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or VP Finance in a growing business.

• Hands‑on experience with Net Suite ERP including implementation, integration, and optimization.

• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation projects and streamline financial systems.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a commercial and strategic mindset.
