• Lead preparation of annual financial statements using a modified completed contract method.
• Manage weekly cash flow reporting and treasury functions.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, and expense reporting across multiple entities.
• Provide strategic accounting guidance on revenue distribution and working interest calculations.
• Supervise corporate insurance and benefits administration.

• CPA designation required.
• Deep expertise in oil & gas accounting
  , especially partnership revenue distribution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
