We are seeking a highly driven Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, analysis, and reporting. This role will work closely with leadership across Finance, Accounting, and Operations to deliver insights that improve performance, optimize spend, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong budgeting and forecasting experience with solid understanding of P&L statements, and should be exposure to SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau.

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and dashboards
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
• Prepare and analyze variance reports, identifying trends and key business drivers
• Assist with monthly close activities and prepare executive-level reporting packages
• Conduct scenario, sensitivity, and ad-hoc financial analyses
• Support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and investment analysis
