Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in identifying the best loan products, reviewing and processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with underwriting requirements. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the mortgage process, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Additionally, the Mortgage Loan Officer will collaborate with underwriting teams and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mortgage Lending and knowledge of the Mortgage Industry
• Experience in Underwriting and Loan Officer roles
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively assist and communicate with clients
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant licensure as required by state and federal regulations
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
