Senior Tax Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex partnership + international tax engagements.
• Serve as primary client contact for planning, consulting & compliance.
• Handle 70% partnership taxation & 30% international tax work.
• Review complex partnership, corporate, individual & international returns.
• Lead client meetings and tax planning discussions independently.
• Supervise, train & mentor engagement staff; oversee workloads & development.
• Provide technical expertise on Subchapter K, complex allocations, 704(b), basis, and cross-border structures.
• Lead international tax compliance for GILTI, Subpart F, FTCs, treaties, and related filings.
• Participate in business development, internal leadership meetings & strategic initiatives.
• Support innovation and enhancement of tax systems, workflow & technical resources.

• 11+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Strong leadership background + at least 4 years managing teams.
• Heavy technical experience in partnership tax (non-negotiable).
• Exposure to international tax (GILTI, Subpart F, FTCs, treaties).
• Experience with cross-border entities (major requirement).
• CPA required;
  Master’s in Tax (preferred).
• Familiarity with QBO, Xero, Engage, CCH / Access.
• Ability to lead planning meetings independently.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving & client relationship skills.
