You'll act as a key point of contact for client onboarding and regulatory data processes, supporting Bayview with end-to-end KYC reviews, interpreting documentation and ensuring high-quality delivery across a portfolio of requests. The role combines client engagement, operational oversight and process optimisation within a regulatory services setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise incoming onboarding and KYC requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion

- Maintain strong client relationships, handling queries and providing regular progress updates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to deliver against agreed service levels
- Prepare project trackers, support client meetings, and communicate milestones and challenges clearly
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and contribute to ongoing process refinement
- Rapidly learn and apply proprietary technology and client-specific business line requirements
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a regulatory, KYC, onboarding or wider financial services operations role
- Exposure to derivatives or bank loan documentation is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with KYC constitutional documents and onboarding processes
- Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving capability
- Strong communication skills with confidence in managing client expectations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office proficiency
12-month contract, with the view for extension or permanent internalisation with the end client.
Hybrid role, with 2 - 3 days a week in the office.
Paying between $40,000 - $50,000 per annum.
