Join a global financial institution’s Wealth Management Operations team as a Private Lending Services Analyst
. This position supports the firm’s private lending platform, providing operational and client service expertise throughout the loan lifecycle. You’ll work closely with teams across lending, credit, legal, and client servicing functions to ensure smooth loan origination, compliance, and portfolio maintenance.

This role offers hands‑on experience in private banking operations, exposure to high‑value lending transactions, and opportunities to build relationships with senior stakeholders across regions.

Compensation: $23/hour

Type: 6+ Month Contract | Full‑Time | Onsite, 5 Days a Week

Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an operational liaison between internal partners—including underwriters, credit officers, legal counsel, and relationship managers—to facilitate new loan originations and ongoing account servicing.
  • Review and process loan documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls and federal regulations.
  • Manage time‑sensitive, confidential client requests with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and risk management within a growing business area.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-regional teams in the Americas, EMEA, and Asia to ensure consistency and quality of client service delivery.
  • Uphold the highest standards of operational control and regulatory compliance while maintaining excellent client communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Finance, Business, or a related discipline).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of initiative, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a highly regulated environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with financial systems or loan processing tools is a plus.
  • Previous exposure to private banking, lending operations, or middle‑office functions preferred.
