Your work will focus on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues experienced by our fast‑growing presence in the marketplace. • Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness.
• Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team.
• Develop deep subject mastery and offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities.
• Pursue additional licenses to broaden your professional expertise and contribute to the growth of our business.
• Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth customers, acting as their primary point of contact for trading‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the overall customer experience.

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses required.
• Mandarin Chinese fluency is required.
• Strong understanding of trading strategies and investment products, with a focus on serving high‑net‑worth customers.
• Experience with crypto products a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with high‑net‑worth clients and build strong relationships.
• Ability to handle complex trading inquiries, derivatives, and investment strategies, offering expert support.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA) are highly desirable. A minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Bonus points if you have experience in executing and managing trades across different asset classes and are knowledgeable about regulatory compliance requirements.
