Controller - SSF

Overview

A high-growth franchise platform is seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead all aspects of accounting and financial reporting. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the financial foundation of a rapidly expanding company operating across multiple locations throughout the U.S.

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Collaborate directly with company leadership and ownership to support strategic growth
• Provide financial insights to guide decision‑making across the business

• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a multi‑entity or multi‑site environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
