The client is seeking a Senior Wealth Manager to build and grow their book of business in Dallas, TX. As a modern and technology-first RIA, the client provides full backend support, investment operations, client services, and in house marketing to power advisors and accelerate business growth.

This high-impact role is foundational in shaping the future of wealth management through a Fintech lens. The Senior Wealth Manager will actively manage client relationships, grow their practice, and collaborate with product development teams to refine advisor technology platform.

Must-Have

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of investment advisory experience.
  • Existing book of business that is actively advised today.
  • Certified to work as an Investment Adviser Representative (Series 65, Series 7 + 66, or equivalent).
  • Strong desire for ownership and meaningful impact in a tech-driven wealth management environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities.
  • Excited to work in Fintech and leverage technology to enhance client and advisor experiences.
Nice-to-Have

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience at a technology-focused company.
  • BS or MS in an analytical or technical discipline.
  • Experience managing clients with $1M+ in assets.
  • Depth of knowledge in a key financial planning area (e.g., tax, estate planning, stock options).
  • Proficiency in financial planning software.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage new client relationships, supporting business development efforts.
  • Conduct financial planning for clients, covering investment strategy, tax planning, retirement planning, estate planning, stock options, insurance, and charitable giving.
  • Analyze client financial situations, provide investment recommendations, and implement long‑term strategies.
  • Collaborate with third‑party service providers (tax, estate, and insurance specialists) to optimize client financial strategies.
  • Work directly with Product Development teams to improve technology platform based on advisor and client needs.
  • Support the Growth Team in sourcing, pitching, and onboarding other advisors to the platform.
