We are partnering with a well‑capitalized real estate investment firm to hire a Senior Controller with deep experience in real estate fund accounting. This firm has a strong track record of creating and growing independent investment platforms and is backed by significant financial resources, providing both stability and long‑term growth.

• Lead fund accounting and financial reporting for the firm’s real estate funds
• Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards
• Oversee accounting for NAV, capital calls, distributions, allocations, and investor reporting
• Coordinate annual audits and work directly with external auditors
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies
• Partner with internal teams on fund performance, reporting, and ad hoc analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• At least 8 years of accounting experience, strong background real estate fund accounting
• Hands‑on experience preparing and reviewing financial statements under NCREIF PREA Reporting Standards
