Job

Purpose & Scope

Responsible for placing, tracking, and delivering appraisal orders through the Collateral Management System (CMS) and Real Estate Information Management System (RIMS).

Essential Job Functions
  • Manages and prioritizes an appraisal order pipeline.
  • Verifies appraisal order information in CMS or RIMS and engages appraisers for assignment.
  • Facilitates communication between the vendor and loan production staff throughout the appraisal engagement period.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact in charge of answering questions on active requests.
  • Communicates with appraisers for status updates to ensure appraisal reports are delivered on time.
  • Escalates file issues as needed.
  • Completes weekly vendor invoicing and assists with the administration of the approved appraiser panel.
  • Ensures satisfactory ongoing monitoring and coordination of appraisal vendor status.
  • Collects and archives vendor compliance documentation.
  • Completes special projects as assigned by the Process Manager.
  • Tracks, communicates, and escalates process risks and issues.
  • Generates CMS and RIMS reports.
  • Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
  • Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.
  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of work experience with MS Office suite of products, preferred.
  • Experience with CMS or RIMS, preferred.
