Personal Banker – To $70K – Dallas, TX – Job # 3560 Who We Are

The Position

Our community bank client is seeking a Personal Banker in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will perform all customer service functions while maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and customers.

The position offers a salary of up to $70K, plus incentives and excellent benefits. (This is not a remote position)

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage customer bank accounts: open, close, and oversee transactions
  • Resolve issues with banking services and accounts
  • Answer incoming customer calls and resolve basic deposit and loan inquiries
  • Perform account maintenance for customers updating their banking products
  • Follow the bank’s operating procedures
  • Handle additional functions, including detailed reporting as assigned
  • Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure excellent customer service

You also bring the following skills and experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of customer service or similar experience
  • Experience in loan sales, application processing, and loan closing at a financial institution
  • Experience understanding and explaining credit reports, coordinating loan stipulations, scheduling closings, and processing loan documents
  • Successful in selling ancillary insurance products
  • Ability to build positive relationships within the bank and demonstrate integrity, dedication, and strategic counsel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly
