Who We Are Looking For:

A skilled financial specialist who can manage both day-to-day and ongoing financial transactions, keeping us on track and on good terms with our valued partners. Your organizational skills and eye for the details help to ensure payments are processed, tracked, and recorded accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Reconcile payments and customer accounts to optimize and improve financial transactions.
• Identify slow-paying customers, recommend collection candidates, communicate with clients regarding past-due accounts, and collect accounts receivable via phone, mail, and email.
• Streamline the accounts receivable process and identify areas for performance improvement.
• Gather and verify invoices prior to payment and maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollected amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
• Perform daily cash management duties including recording bank deposits, updating and distributing cash receipt logs, and posting cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and company leadership to address financial discrepancies and account issues.
• Knowledge of national and local financial reporting requirements.
• Personal integrity, confidentiality, and good teamwork to support other accounting and finance team members with inventory management and cost accounting.
