The platform has an established operating track record and a multi‑gigawatt development pipeline supporting Fortune 100 enterprises and AI‑driven compute demand across Tier 1 U.S. markets.

This Associate‑level investment role sits within the platform’s Strategy & Investments function and is focused on capital deployment, underwriting, and investment decision‑making
, alongside full‑lifecycle ownership of development assets. The role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and institutional capital partners.

• Lead financial underwriting of new development and expansion opportunities
• Evaluate returns, risks, and capital structures across equity and debt
• Prepare investment committee materials and support capital allocation decisions
• Support joint ventures, structured investments, and platform‑level growth initiatives

• Own investments from acquisition through development, construction, and stabilization
• Maintain project‑level forecasts and performance reporting
• Coordinate with development, construction, and FP&A teams to manage execution risk

• 2–5 years of experience

• Strong investment underwriting, financial modeling, and transaction execution skills
• Experience with real assets, infrastructure, digital infrastructure, or power‑adjacent platforms
