John Hyer Salary Range: TBDA growing organization is seeking a VP of Finance and Accounting to lead all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. This role works closely with executive leadership to support long-term growth and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee all accounting and finance functions
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and maintain financial controls and processes
• Manage cash flow and financial risk
• Oversee audits and regulatory compliance
• Build and lead the finance and accounting team
• Evaluate financial performance and recommend improvements Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Experience working with executive teams
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
