Position Overview:The Senior Treasury Operations Support Senior will be a key member of the Wireroomwithin the Treasury Operations group in the Investment & Capital Markets Division. This position in Plano, TX primarily supports the timely and accurate processing and reporting of funds and security wires and plays an important role in reducing payment risk.
Our Impact:Treasury Operationsensures cash activity is processed in accordance with regulatory and corporate guidelines for the entire company.
Investments & Capital Marketsis responsible for handling our mortgage-related investments portfolio, single-family securitization activities, and treasury function.
- Execute and support daily processing of high-volume and/or high-risk funds and securities wiresandACHactivity in support of the firm’s business lines, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and policy adherence.
- Act as a senior escalation point for exceptions, investigations, and time-sensitive issues, coordinating with internal areas to drive same-day resolution.
- Perform and validatereconciliationswith banks and clearing firms and identify recurring issues and root causes.
- Develop, enhance, and execute departmental controls and procedures impacting cash and securities processing; recommend control improvements to reduce payment risk and operational defects.
- Support audit/exam readiness by maintaining documentation, evidence, and control execution artifacts; assist with responses to inquiries as needed.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts (e.g., standardization, documentation, metrics, and automation ideas) to improve quality and throughput.
- Bachelor’s Degreeand/or equivalent professional experience and 5+ yearsof overall relevant experience
- 3-4 yrs in treasury operations, payments, cash management, or financial operations (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with extensive use of Excel(e.g., pivot tables, lookups; ability to analyze large datasets), experience with AI tools is a plus
- Strong banking and financial industry knowledge, includingNACHA processes/rulesand operational payment controls
- Understanding of Federal Reserve payment systems(e.g., Fedwire); familiarity with securities settlement concepts is a plus
- Demonstrated strongdata analysis, attention to detail in a controlled environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly during escalations and cutoff-driven situations.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a root-cause mindset.
- Excellent organizational skillsand ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
- Highly motivated with a desire tolearn, adapt, and improve processes.
- Customer/stakeholder oriented while maintaining strong risk discipline.
- Ability to workindependentlyand collaboratively across various teams; comfortable serving as a go-to resourcewithout formal people management responsibilities.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $98,000 - $148,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
