- Overseeaccountsreceivablefollow-upandcashapplication
- Trackdirectandindirectcoststoensureaccuratejob-level profitability
- Participateinfinancialcallswithleadershiptoreviewbranchresultsandvariances
- Processandcodevendorinvoicesandtransactionsaccurately
- Verify receipts,resolvepurchaseorderissues,andmaintaincompliancedocumentation
- Coordinatevendorsetup,taxforms,andcertificatesofinsurance
- Prepareandsubmitbillingaccuratelyandonschedule–experiencewithAIA
- Managecollectionsfollow-upandcoordinatelienfilingswhennecessary
Customer service,andgeneralofficemanagement
Human Resources Support- Assistwithonboarding,newhirepaperwork,andcompliancedocumentation
- Participateinmonthlybranchandfinancialreviewmeetings
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused branch environment
