Operations Analyst

Our client, a large global financial services organization, is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the post-close operations team for its private markets platform. You'll help keep daily operations accurate and well controlled, working with internal partners across Operations, Portfolio Management, and Fund Accounting.

Dallas, TX | Fully Onsite, Monday-Friday | $23/hour | 3-month contract through 12/31/2026

• Support accurate, timely day-to-day post-close operational activities across private market products
• Assist with transaction processing, position maintenance, and data updates
• Perform reconciliations, investigate exceptions, and drive open items to resolution
• Support valuation, cash, reporting, and lifecycle-event processes
• Partner with internal teams to resolve questions and support business flow
• Maintain strong documentation, evidence retention, and procedure adherence

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally with a strong academic record
• 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, fund administration, or financial services
• Analytical problem-solving skills and clear communication
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• Organized, accountable, and able to manage competing priorities
• Interest in learning private markets and asset management operations
