- Provide day-to-day project coordination support for new fund launches and other fund-related activities.
- Maintain project plans, launch checklists, trackers, and internal workflow tools under the direction of senior team members.
- Schedule working-group meetings, organize materials, prepare draft agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders on assigned tasks, required information, and upcoming deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records for fund launches, fund changes, restructurings, and terminations.
- Assist with collecting and organizing information required for internal system setup and external service-provider onboarding.
- Support the preparation of status reports, management updates, presentation materials, and working-group documentation.
- Set up new funds in firm's systems based on fund documentation and internal information
- Perform basic data validation to confirm that information is complete and accurately reflected across trackers and supporting materials.
- Identify missing information, overdue deliverables, or potential process issues and escal
- Support ad hoc operational projects and process-improvement initiatives.
- Develop a foundational understanding of asset management operations, investment funds, and end-to-end fund lifecycle activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with close attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks and meet established deadlines.
- Ability to follow documented procedures, ask questions, and escal appropriately.
- Comfort working collaboratively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and able to handle business information appropriately.
- Genuine interest in learning about investment products, fund operations, and asset management.
- Familiarity & experience in asset management & program management (preferred)
