Theidealcandidatewillpossessstrongfinancialmodelingcapabilities,excellentanalyticalskills,andademonstratedunderstandingofcommercialrealestateinvestmentfundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build,maintain,andenhancecomplexrealestatefinancialmodelsusing

• Performdiscountedcashflowanalysis,returnmetricscalculations,sensitivity analyses,andvaluationassessments.
• Evaluateacquisitionopportunitiesacrossmultiplepropertysectorsandinvestmentstructures.
• Analyzemarketfundamentals,operatingperformance,leasingactivity,andinvestmentassumptions.
• Titleandsurveyreviews
• Leasedocumentation
• Assistwithtransactionclosings,financingactivities,anddispositionprocesses.
• Workcloselywithinternalandexternalstakeholdersthroughouttheacquisitionlifecycle.
• Draftwrittenrecommendationssupportingacquisitionanddispositiondecisions.
• Conductportfolioandasset-levelperformanceanalyses.
• Monitorassetperformanceagainstunderwritingprojectionsandbusinessplans.
• Supportassetmanagementinitiativesthroughfinancialanalysisandstrategicrecommendations.
• Assistwithportfolio-levelbudgeting,forecasting,andperformancemeasurement.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Bachelor'sdegreein
  
  Finance,Real Estate,Economics,Accounting,orarelatedfield.
• Minimum
  4yearsofcommercialrealestateinvestmentexperience
  ,preferablyinacquisitions,investments,orahybridacquisitions/assetmanagementrole.
• Experiencepreparinginvestmentpresentationsandwritteninvestmentrecommendations.
• Demonstratedabilitytomanagemultipleprojectsinafast-paced,deadline-driven environment.

Technical Skills

• Strongunderstandingofdiscountedcashflowanalysis,investmentmetrics,andrealestatevaluationmethodologies.
• Experienceanalyzingcommercialpropertycashflowsandinvestmentperformance.
