American National Bank of TX is hiring for an experience Senior Credit Officer to operate in a critical role managing risks, supporting commercial growth initiatives, and protecting the overall quality of our loan portfolio.
The Sr. Credit Officer will serve as a trusted advisor to lending teams in Kaufman County, TX while providing leadership and oversight across a diverse commercial portfolio. You will evaluate complex credit opportunities, manage asset quality, and contribute to sound lending decisions that support both customer success and organizational growth.
Office:
Dallas, TX (Oak Lawn)
- PTO: 5.5 weeks / year
- Retirement: 401K (immediate vesting) + ESOP (company paid)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial lending, credit administration, portfolio management
- Strong expertise across C&I, ABL, CRE, SBA, and consumer lending
- Deep know of credit analysis, portfolio management, loan structuring, and risk mitigation
- Preferred: experience with asset management, work out solutions
