Job Description Vice President of Loan Operations Overview The Vice President of Loan Operations oversees complex bank loan security types and lifecycle events, ensuring accurate administrative functions and documentation preparation.

Manage portfolios of syndicated and bilateral deals, supporting client portfolios with 50-100 facilities and associated activities.

Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 portfolio managers, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to standards.

Coordinate funding requirements with Treasury Desk, overseeing invoicing, remittance processing, and reconciliation tasks.

Maintain robust control environments, continually improving processes to support client needs and operational efficiency.

Support training initiatives for new hires, including those without prior loan servicing or portfolio management experience.

Ensure compliance with credit agreements, software processes, and accurate processing of drawdowns, pay downs, and fees.

Foster effective communication with external and internal stakeholders, including relationship managers and customers.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.

Detail-oriented and focused, with the ability to adapt to fluid operational requirements.

Experience with Sentry PM software is a distinct advantage.
