Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Our Dallas, Texas client is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to partner with senior leadership, build financial models, influence business strategy, and drive performance through analytics and planning. This is a highly visible position that supports key business initiatives while gaining exposure to forecasting, reporting, operational analysis, and long-term strategic planning.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
• Analyze business performance and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packages.
• Monitor operating expenses and support decision-making through data analysis.
• Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with finance, operations, and business leaders across the organization.
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or other relevant fields of study.
• An MBA and/or CPA is preferred.
• 4+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or relevant functional experience is required.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting executive reporting, strategic planning, and business performance analysis is highly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong reporting capabilities are a must.
• Financial services, investment management, real estate, asset management, or similar industry experience is preferred.
• Experience improving reporting processes and financial infrastructure preferred.
• Must have exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
