Patient Service Agent

.
- Acquire patient and issue‑related information and enter it into the call‑tracking database
- Respond to inquiries courteously and promptly, using proper grammar and verbal skills
- Provide an optimal patient experience by resolving issues on the first call
- Coordinate appointment schedules
- Process payments
- Use multiple computer applications concurrently, navigating their functions
- Act as a consultative partner to clients, building rapport and providing direction
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers and coworkers
- Work independently with limited supervision
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Listen and understand information, both verbally and in writing
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Dental field experience a plus, but not required
- Call center experience a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of computer systems and software for data entry or processing
- Knowledge of digital applications including web, email, chat, text, etc.
