The Opportunity Our program is thoughtfully designed to transition you from a cosmetology graduate to an elite stylist. At Osgood O’Neil, success is a shared journey—our goal is to make you great, which in turn makes us great.
What You’ll
Experience:

Education:
Weekly classes taught by industry-leading educators
• Hands-On Training:
Work directly with guests and mentors from day one
• Personalized Mentorship:
One-on-one guidance to refine your technical talent and professional integrity
• Growth: A balanced curriculum designed to get you onto the floor with confidence and a loyal clientele Requirements

Education:
Completion of a licensed cosmetology program (License required, or pending graduation)
• Mindset: A positive, "growth-oriented" attitude and a desire to serve others
• Availability:
Tuesday through Saturday
• Excellence: A commitment to maintaining a pristine, luxurious environment for our guests Compensation & Benefits We believe in investing in our future talent.
• Pay: $550 weekly base + tips
