PRN rotating schedule (including holidays)
Level I Trauma Center with comprehensive diagnostic radiology services
- Level I Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke and Heart Attack Center
- Annual diagnostic procedures >75k
- Diagnostic radiology – ED, inpatient, outpatient, surgery
- Equipment – DR diagnostic rooms, fluoroscopy, C‑arms, O‑arm, robotic angiography
- Staff – 40+ technologists, supporting 1,875-bed Magnet hospital
- Holiday rotation required
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or X‑Ray Technology program (required) or associate degree (preferred)
- 1‑year radiologic technology or X‑ray technology experience (preferred)
- Preferred surgery experience
- CMRT – Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (TDH or TMB) required at hire
- ARRT – American Registry of Radiology – required within 6 months of hire
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support – prior to independent patient care and quarterly maintenance
- Communication and team collaboration are essential
- Perform high‑quality diagnostic imaging (DR, fluoroscopy, C‑arm, O‑arm, robotic angiography)
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment and support equipment inventory
- Provide patient care – patient positioning, venipuncture, patient education and communication
- Adhere to radiation safety procedures and quality standards
- Collaboration with interventional radiology, surgical and emergency teams
