Medical Scribe; Part Time

We are looking for a Medical Scribe to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare providers to document patient encounters, medical histories, treatment plans, and other essential details in real time.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document patient encounters, medical history, physical exams, assessments, and treatment plans
• Input orders for labs, imaging, prescriptions, and referrals under provider supervision
• Ensure medical documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations
• Assist providers by tracking test results and updating patient charts
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Support the clinical team with additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience is a plus, but not required – Training will be provided
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology is essential
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a bonus
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Must be reliable, professional, and have a strong work ethic

Work Schedule

• Flexible shifts available between 10 AM - 11 PM, 7 days a week
• Ideal for students or those needing non-traditional work hours
• Part-time and full-time shifts available
