Pediatric Associates Family of Companies and MD Kids is excited to announce our Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Training Program, Pedi Plus,
designed for new graduate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs). This structured, hands‑on program offers a comprehensive transition from the academic setting to independent clinical practice. We are seeking candidates passionate about Pediatric Primary Care for our
Dallas, Texas locations

Over the course of 6–12 months, participants will work alongside experienced clinicians and mentors to gain confidence, refine clinical judgme nt, and develop the skills necessary to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Eligibility Requirements

• Recent graduate (within the past 18 months) of an accredited NP or PA program
• Candidates must have strong clinical experience in pediatric primary care.
• Current state licensure and national certification (FNP, PNP, PA‑C, etc.)
• Current BLS certifications (or eligible prior to start date)
• Intermediate Spanish fluency
• Commitment to ongoing learning, teamwork, and professional excellence
• Ability to make a 2 year commitment to work in a full‑time or part‑time capacity for the company.
