Location: Dallas (Lake Highlands), TX (In-Office)
Salary: Starting at $45,000/year, based on licensure and experience
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 (Limited-Time Offer)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate to join our Dallas-Lake Highlands team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a dynamic group of psychologists, therapists, and registered dietitians in a supportive and professionally enriching environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes.
- Active licensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State of Texas.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy.
- Thorough understanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- A demonstrated passion for working within a client-centered, team-based clinical setting.
- Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued and strongly encouraged to apply.
