Job Title: Healthcare Associate / RCM Analyst

Location: Onsite / Remote (US Client)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract

We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Associate with strong knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, RCM processes, and medical documentation. The ideal candidate should be able to handle end-to-end revenue cycle tasks, interact with providers/payers, and maintain accurate medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Handle end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) tasks
• Process claims submission, follow-ups, and denial management
• Perform Medical Billing & Coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Manage EHR/EMR documentation and patient records
• Conduct eligibility & benefits verification
• Coordinate prior authorization and insurance checks
• Manage patient scheduling and provider communication
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all processes
• Update daily reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with billing teams, providers, and payers
