The Implementation Specialist supports the onboarding and training of clients during the initial implementation of Axxess products and services. This role plays an essential part in ensuring a smooth transition for clients by providing structured training, clear communication, and internal coordination. The Implementation Specialist works in close partnership with Implementation Consultants, the Client Experience team, and other internal teams to help drive successful adoption of Axxess solutions.
WhatYou Will Do
- Collaborate with Implementation Consultants and team members to execute implementation plans and meet client needs
- Provide first-line support for client questions during implementation and ensure timely resolution or appropriate handoff
- Help gather and validate client data, configuration preferences, and other key inputs needed for system setup
- Maintain accurate documentation of client training activities in alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) standards
- Escalate client concerns or risks to appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction
- Support the preparation and follow-up for onsite visits and virtual sessions led by Implementation Consultants
- Develop working knowledge of Axxess products, services, and industry best practices
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, or Palliative industry experience required
- Experience in a support, training, or customer-facing role preferred
- Familiarity with medical billing and basic understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
- Proficient in using cloud-based systems and CRM tools
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or client support (less than 25%)
