Company Description

At Med Trainer, we believe healthcare education and compliance should empower professionals—not slow them down. Our mission is to simplify healthcare compliance, credentialing, and training so providers can focus on what truly matters: patients.

We serve thousands of hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks across the U.S., providing an all‑in‑one platform for clinical learning, credentialing, and regulatory readiness.

What makes Med Trainer special isn’t just our technology—it’s our people. Our team includes clinicians, researchers, educators, and innovators who are re‑imagining how healthcare knowledge is shared and improved.

When you join Med Trainer, you’ll be part of a collaborative, research‑driven, and globally minded community dedicated to advancing healthcare through education and innovation.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t a “just run the campaigns” kind of role. You’ll get to:

  • Help us grow smarter by zeroing in on high‑potential target markets.
  • Support webinars, campaigns, and events that drive real pipeline results.
  • Partner with our BDR team to keep messaging sharp and follow‑up strong.
  • Write sales email templates, create enablement content, and keep Hub Spot + Salesforce humming.

See firsthand how your work translates to revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Have 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or communications.
  • Are curious, dependable, and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
  • Can juggle multiple projects while keeping details on point.
  • Must meet 1‑2 days a week at WeWork Office in Dallas TX.
Additional Information
  • You’ll own projects and have real influence—your ideas will be heard and implemented.
  • You’ll learn fast from an experienced marketing team that loves collaboration.
  • You’ll grow quickly in a company that rewards initiative, curiosity, and getting things done.

You’ll have flexibility: hybrid work in Dallas TX, travel for events, and supportive teammates.
