Job DescriptionIn this highly technical, fast‑paced, and rewarding position, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best care for patients. The Emergency Medicine Specialist assists with direct patient care to support patients, families, and other Emergency Department staff.
Job Requirements- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support Certification required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support required
- Current Texas EMT‑P license required
- 1 year as a paramedic in pre‑hospital or hospital setting; 2 years experience as EMT‑P (preferred)
- Communicate clearly and openly
- Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment
- Be accountable for your performance
